Five years ago we were on the same off-the-shelf builder as everyone else. Fixed sheet sizes. Pay for the blank space. Orders re-typed by hand. No way to see where your job was.
So we spent eighteen months writing our own. We call it Print ERP. No other DTF supplier in Australia runs it, because nobody else built it.

They've already asked for kids' sizes. The artwork is saved in your account. Order the exact number and press them the night they arrive. Nothing gets printed until it's sold.
Blanks come in 24 colours and every size from kids up, and nobody can pre-print their way through that. With transfers you don't have to. The gift shop wants two more in green, medium, and a volunteer wants one in navy, XL. Keep transfers in a drawer, grab the blank, press and go.

What decorators ask before their first order
How do I order?
Five steps, about ten minutes the first time. Hit Upload your artwork on the product page. Upload your PNG files into the sheet builder. Drag each design onto the sheet, set its size in centimetres and the quantity. The price updates centimetre by centimetre as you add. Tick quality review when you add it to the cart if you want us to check the artwork. Then pay. No account needed, though with one you can track the order and reorder in a minute.
How do I apply them? You cut, you press, you peel.

The logo they sent is a low-res PNG off their Facebook page. Will it print?
Files want to be PNG, 300 dpi, transparent background, no lines finer than about a millimetre. If you're not sure theirs is, tick quality review at the cart and we check it before it prints. If it's good, we approve it and it goes to print. If it's too soft or the fine text is too thin, you get a message with what to change. If you'd rather we fix it, there's a small artwork fee and you see the result before anything prints.
Does it feel like a patch?
No. It's a good deal softer than vinyl and doesn't have the rough, raised feel of screen print. The adhesive stretches with the fabric. A solid badge like this one moves with the shirt instead of sitting on top of it.
They want it Saturday.
Printed and dispatched within 24 business hours of artwork approval, guaranteed. Express Post is one to two business days to metro. Order Tuesday afternoon, printed and dispatched Wednesday, on your bench Thursday, box at the gate Friday.
Volunteer shirts get washed every week.
Guaranteed against cracking, peeling or separating for the first 52 washes when pressed and cared for as recommended. Wash inside out, cold or warm, no bleach, line dry.
I've only got a small press.
Any flat heat press. A chest logo and a 28 centimetre back print both fit a 38 by 38 platen.
What settings do I press at?
- Pre-press the tee for 3 to 5 seconds to take the moisture out.
- Position the transfer, print side up. Press for 8 to 12 seconds.
- Peel the film while it's still warm, slow and smooth.
- Cover with baking paper and press 5 seconds more for the finish. Don't wash for 24 hours.

What if I botch a press, or it arrives damaged?
Add a couple of spares to the sheet. A 10 centimetre logo is under a dollar. Anything damaged in transit is covered by our own insurance and reprinted and shipped free.
Can I see where my order's at?
Order without an account if you like. With one, you watch the order move through artwork review, printing and dispatch in real time. Your sheets are saved, so a reorder takes about a minute.
Kids' sizes through to men's XL.
Same transfer. Put two logo sizes on the sheet if you want the kids' chest print smaller. When the reorder comes, the file's still in your account and you order the exact number.
It's a not-for-profit. The budget is tight.
You pay per centimetre of sheet, so a twenty shirt job costs a twenty shirt amount. There's no setup fee to spread across a bigger run. That's what makes the small jobs worth saying yes to.
I don't want to hold stock.
You don't. Order the sheet when the job's confirmed and press to order. Leftover transfers keep flat in a drawer for up to six months. The reorder is a ten second press, not a print run. Plain blanks stay plain until someone pays for them.
Is there a better rate if I order often?
