Six 9 cm logos cost $3.80. Printed and dispatched within 24 hours, or your money back.
Here's how it works. We print your logo. You press it on the work shirts you already buy, 8 to 12 seconds a shirt. You pay by the centimetre. Six is a normal order here.
Monday on site. Four blokes, four different shirts. One still wears the last boss's logo. The client can't tell who's who. Your name is on the invoice and nowhere else.
So you ring a printer. They usually want fifty of the one thing. One design. One colour. Guess the sizes. Wait a few weeks. Then a box sits in the storeroom full of 2XL. You paid for every one. The sizes people wanted sold out in a week. The rest never did.
Every other way makes you buy the shirts first. Which design, which colour, which size, how many. Guess wrong and you're stuck with a box of shirts nobody wants, and the money gone with them.
Transfers go the other way. Print the design first. Choose the shirt when it sells.
One honest limit. Five hundred of the same one-colour shirt? A screen printer will beat us on price. Under that, or anything in colour, or any mix of sizes, this wins.
Under $0.65 a logo. Six shirts, one 9 cm logo on the chest of each, laid out in our builder:

Six for the crew, in one row. Lay out yours and the price shows before you pay.
Add only as many logos as you need. You pay by the centimetre, nothing more.
No setup fee. No colour charge. And the small text around the logo prints cleanly, because it's printed, not cut.
Six crew shirts? Lay them out and see the price. The new bloke starts Thursday.

Send us your logo. Tick the free check. A person looks at it. If it will print well, it goes through. If not, we message you.
Printed and dispatched within 24 hours, or your money back. The average order leaves in 17 hours. In five years we have never once had to pay it.
Express Post usually has it at your door. One strip, your logos on it, ready to cut.
Press them on. 8 to 12 seconds a shirt. Six shirts takes a few minutes.
Friday on site. Your logo on every chest. The spare is on the ute seat for the next hire.

We built our own software. We call it the Rolling Canvas. You lay out your logos. The sheet is 58 cm wide and only as long as your artwork. Six logos is 9 cm of sheet. Twenty-four is 37 cm. You pay for the centimetres you use. Nothing else.
The software runs the whole job. It's called Print ERP. We built it over 18 months. No other DTF supplier in Australia runs it, because nobody else built it. It looks after more than 10,000 customers and prints 20,000 to 30,000 different artwork files a month. The printers give you the colour. The software gets your order onto them in hours, not days.
“I love the new rolling sheet. Tells you exact costs with each addition.”

Pamela F, June 2026Six shirts first. One for each bloke, one spare on the seat. New starter? Press the spare. Order one more. Not fifty of everything.
The logo is saved in your account. Work tees, polos, the winter jackets. Same logo, pressed in the shed. Nothing gets printed until you need it.
Or leave it. Four blokes turn up in four different shirts again Monday. The client remembers the one with the other boss's logo. Six logos and $3.80 fixes all of it this week.

Yes. Cotton, polyester or a blend. Work tees, polos and hi-vis all take the same transfer. Keep buying your workwear where you buy it now. We print the transfers, not the shirts. Plain tees from Australian wholesalers run $4.50 to $8.80 each. Prices we found in October 2026:
You'll need a press. Here's why.
The print bonds when heat, pressure and time land together. A press gives you all three, the same every time. Even heat across the whole logo. Firm pressure. A timer. That's why the print lasts 52 washes.
An iron can work. We don't recommend it. It's hot in the middle and cool at the edges. You can't push hard enough. There's no timer. Get it wrong and the print won't release from the film. Or it looks fine, then lifts in the wash. Then the shirt's wasted.
You don't need a big one. A 38 cm by 38 cm flat press does every job here. Around $200 new. Less second-hand. Buy it once. After that, a crew shirt costs you the plain shirt, plus under $0.65 for the logo.
Lay the shirt on the press. Put the transfer where you want it. Close the press. Set the timer for 8 to 12 seconds. Peel the film while it's warm. Done. Tap a video to watch.
Cotton, poly blends and most fabrics, same transfer. Full settings and videos in the application and care guide.
Send a PNG at 300 dpi with a clear background. Tick the free check. A person looks at it. If it needs work, we message you. We can fix small things for a small fee, and you see it first. Full colour costs no more than one colour. Small text prints cleanly, because it's printed, not cut.
Printed and dispatched within 24 business hours of artwork approval, guaranteed. Express Post is one to two business days to metro. Order Tuesday afternoon, printed Wednesday, at your door Thursday, on the crew Friday.
Tap Upload your artwork. Lay out your logos. The price shows. Pay. That's it.
8 to 12 seconds a shirt at the press. Six shirts, a few minutes. Twenty, about half an hour.
No. It's softer than vinyl and smoother than screen print. The print bonds into the fibres of the shirt. It stretches with the fabric and moves with the person wearing it, wash after wash.
Each one makes you buy the shirts before you print, so you guess the sizes and colours and live with the mistakes. Screen print: a screen per colour, setup costs, minimums, and a change to the artwork means setting up again. Vinyl: cut and weeded by hand, no fine detail or photos, a layer for every colour, and it can crack, lift or peel if it's pressed or washed wrong. DTG: pretreatment, cotton mostly, one shirt at a time on an expensive printer, and a failed print wastes the shirt. Sublimation: polyester only, white or light shirts only, no white ink, so dark shirts are out, and the finish feels like sportswear. Transfers let you hold plain shirts and designs separately and put them together when someone actually orders.
Add a couple of spare logos to your sheet. A 9 cm logo is under $0.65. Pre-press the tee first and use the settings above.
Same logo, smaller if you like. Lay out the sizes you need. Pay for the centimetres.
Guaranteed for 52 washes. Press it as above. Wash inside out, cold or warm, no bleach, line dry.
We reprint and ship it free.
No. Order the transfers when you need them and press to order. Leftover transfers keep flat in a drawer for up to six months. Plain tees stay plain until someone buys one.
Yes. Create an account and you can track the order live and reorder the same sheet in a minute.
