At Amazing Transfers, we’re committed to delivering quality products with excellent customer service. Every item is carefully made, but we’re human – and occasionally, hiccups happen. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides automatic guarantees for goods and services, including the right to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described.

5.1 No Refunds for Change of Mind

As all products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design errors submitted by the customer.

5.2 Cancellations and Administration Fees

If you need to cancel or request a refund for your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • If no work has commenced, we will cancel the order without charge.

  • If work has already commenced, or if significant time has been spent corresponding with you regarding your order, an administration fee may be charged to cover costs incurred.

  • Where cancellation occurs after production has begun, any completed work and non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5.3 Faulty or Incorrect Products

If there is a genuine fault in the product or print (e.g., misprint, incorrect design applied), Amazing Transfers must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will happily reprint, replace or refund any product that:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Has a manufacturing or printing error

  • Is not what you ordered

In these cases, we will also refund your return shipping costs once the item is received and assessed.

5.4 Remedies

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A reprint of the faulty item(s)

  • A store credit for future use

  • A refund where appropriate

Under the ACL, the remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) will depend on the severity of the issue.

Bulk Wallet Pricing & Partial Refunds

When a partial refund is requested on a bulk or wallet-based order after some gang sheets or credits have been used, the final pricing will be recalculated based on the actual value used, excluding any bonus credits applied.

How partial refunds are calculated

If part of a bulk or wallet purchase is refunded after use:

  1. The value of the portion used or retained will be recalculated based on the correct pricing tier applicable to the final amount used.

  2. Any bonus wallet credit applied to the original purchase is non-refundable and will be removed from the refund calculation.

  3. The refund amount will be calculated as:
    Original amount paid (cash value only)
    minus the recalculated cost of the used value at the correct tier
    minus any shipping, delivery, or processing costs already incurred
    minus any non-recoverable fees (if applicable)

Important notes on Bonus Wallet Credits

  • Bonus wallet credits are promotional value and cannot be refunded or converted to cash.

  • If bonus credit was used on an order that is partially refunded, the bonus portion will be deducted first before any refundable paid balance is calculated.

  • Only the actual paid wallet balance is eligible for refund consideration.

Bulk POD Credits Converted to Wallet Balance (Refund Treatment)

Bulk POD credits may be converted into Wallet dollar balances for ease of ordering, tracking, and checkout.
This conversion is administrative only and does not change the original bulk pricing structure or refund basis.

How refunds work when Bulk POD credits have been converted to Wallet $

When Bulk POD credits are converted into Wallet value:

  • The Wallet balance represents the equivalent value of the full price gang sheets, with sheet quantity based on the bulk pricing tier at the time of purchase.

  • For refund purposes, all calculations are anchored to the original number of gang sheets purchased and the pricing tier applied at that time, not the remaining wallet balance.

If a refund is requested after some value has been used:

  1. We determine how many gang sheets’ worth of value have been used, based on the original purchase.

  2. The used quantity is recalculated at the correct bulk pricing tier applicable to the final quantity retained.

  3. Any unused portion is eligible for refund only up to the original paid amount, excluding any bonus wallet value.

  4. Bonus wallet credits are promotional and non-refundable, even if originally applied to converted Bulk POD credits.

Important clarification

Wallet balances are a payment mechanism, not a pricing override.
Bulk pricing eligibility and refunds are always determined by the original gang sheet quantity purchased and the final quantity used.

Important Notes on Custom Prints

All orders are printed digitally using Direct to Film (DTF) technology with a CMYK colour profile. Please note:

  • Colour appearance can vary across screens and monitors.

  • We do not print fluorescent, neon, metallic, or “hyper-colour” tones.

  • Sizing tolerances apply:

    • Garments: ±2.5cm

    • Print placement: ±2.5cm

    • Print dimensions: ±1cm

  • Garment colours and sizing can vary slightly between suppliers due to fabric differences, dye lots, and other manufacturing processes.

If you’re unsure about how something will fit or look, please reach out before ordering — or request a sample.

What Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (after printing)

  • Design errors submitted by the customer

  • Colour variations caused by screen differences

  • Colour variations from previous prints, due to ongoing improvements in our printing equipment and colour calibration processes

  • Misaligned or incorrect artwork that was approved by the customer

  • Garment colour/shade variation from supplier batches

Once your artwork is approved and paid, we assume you’ve given permission to proceed as is.

How to Return a Product

If your return is approved, we’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please include this number clearly on the parcel.
