At Amazing Transfers, we’re committed to delivering quality products with excellent customer service. Every item is carefully made, but we’re human – and occasionally, hiccups happen. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it quickly and fairly.

This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides automatic guarantees for goods and services, including the right to a remedy if a product is faulty or not as described.

5.1 No Refunds for Change of Mind

As all products are custom printed, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design errors submitted by the customer.

5.2 Cancellations and Administration Fees

If you need to cancel or request a refund for your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • If no work has commenced, we will cancel the order without charge.

  • If work has already commenced, or if significant time has been spent corresponding with you regarding your order, an administration fee may be charged to cover costs incurred.

  • Where cancellation occurs after production has begun, any completed work and non-recoverable costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

5.3 Faulty or Incorrect Products

If there is a genuine fault in the product or print (e.g., misprint, incorrect design applied), Amazing Transfers must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order.

We will happily reprint, replace or refund any product that:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Has a manufacturing or printing error

  • Is not what you ordered

In these cases, we will also refund your return shipping costs once the item is received and assessed.

5.4 Remedies

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A reprint of the faulty item(s)

  • A store credit for future use

  • A refund where appropriate

Under the ACL, the remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) will depend on the severity of the issue.

Bulk Pricing Adjustments on Partial Refunds

Bulk pricing is offered based on the total quantity of gang sheets purchased in a single order.

If a refund is requested for part of a bulk purchase after some sheets have been used, the price for the sheets retained will be recalculated according to the applicable bulk pricing tier for the final quantity used.

The refund amount will equal:

  • The amount originally paid, minus the recalculated cost of the used quantity at the correct bulk tier,

  • minus any shipping or delivery costs already incurred,

  • minus any non-recoverable fees (if applicable).

Example:
If 100 gang sheets are purchased at the 100 Bulk POD pricing rate, but 40 are used and the remaining 60 are to be refunded, the 40 kept will be charged at the 25 sheet bulk rate. The refund will be the total paid minus the adjusted cost of those 40 sheets at that rate.

Important Notes on Custom Prints

All orders are printed digitally using Direct to Film (DTF) technology with a CMYK colour profile. Please note:

  • Colour appearance can vary across screens and monitors.

  • We do not print fluorescent, neon, metallic, or “hyper-colour” tones.

  • Sizing tolerances apply:

    • Garments: ±2.5cm

    • Print placement: ±2.5cm

    • Print dimensions: ±1cm

  • Garment colours and sizing can vary slightly between suppliers due to fabric differences, dye lots, and other manufacturing processes.

If you’re unsure about how something will fit or look, please reach out before ordering — or request a sample.

What Cannot Be Returned

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (after printing)

  • Design errors submitted by the customer

  • Colour variations caused by screen differences

  • Colour variations from previous prints, due to ongoing improvements in our printing equipment and colour calibration processes

  • Misaligned or incorrect artwork that was approved by the customer

  • Garment colour/shade variation from supplier batches

Once your artwork is approved and paid, we assume you’ve given permission to proceed as is.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return a Product

If your return is approved, we’ll issue you a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please include this number clearly on the parcel.
