You don't have to turn away the twenty-hoodie job.

A dog walker wants 20 hoodies. Her logo on the back. By the weekend. Twenty rarely adds up on screens. Embroidery is slow and too costly on fleece. So you say no, or quote high and hope. Either way, that job and the next one go somewhere else.

You know the maths. Screens, setup, a sample run, for twenty hoodies. The setup eats the job before you've pressed one. Say no and the job walks. Say yes and you work the weekend for nothing.

Every other way makes you set the job up before it pays. Screens cut, inks mixed, a sample run. On twenty hoodies the setup eats the margin, and a change to the art means setting up again.

The catch: small jobs the old way
✕
Screen printSetup costs the same for twenty as for two hundred. Twenty hoodies never adds up.
✕
VinylCut and weeded by hand, one colour at a time. No fine lines, no photos, feels like plastic.
✕
DTGOne garment at a time on an expensive machine, mostly cotton. Pretreatment, print heads to keep clean, and a bad print wastes the hoodie.
✕
SublimationOnly works on white or light polyester. No white ink, so dark shirts are impossible.

Transfers go the other way. We print the art. You press it on the blanks you've already got, once the job's confirmed.

The fix: DTF transfer technology
Send us the art, not the hoodies

Why six costs no more than fifty

Here's how six costs no more than fifty.

We built our own software. We call it the Rolling Canvas. You lay out your logos. The sheet is 58 cm wide and only as long as your artwork. Six logos is 9 cm of sheet. Twenty-four is 37 cm. You pay for the centimetres you use. Nothing else.

The software runs the whole job. It's called Print ERP. We built it over 18 months. No other DTF supplier in Australia runs it, because nobody else built it. It looks after more than 10,000 customers and prints 20,000 to 30,000 different artwork files a month. The printers give you the colour. The software gets your order onto them in hours, not days.

  • The price moves as you lay it out.

“I love the new rolling sheet. Tells you exact costs with each addition.”

    Andrea B, April 2026
  • A person checks your file, free.

“Amazing Transfers are always reliable and they always check your work before printing.”

    Andrea B, September 2026
  • Track the order live.

“Every single order I've had has been perfect. Quickest turnaround too…”

    Monique Wootton, June 2026
  • Reorder the same sheet in a minute.

“…they reissued my same order and made the process take 30 seconds.”

    Melinda Munns, September 2025
  • Six-head, nine-colour printers. One of the largest fleets in Australia.

“The colours came out vibrant, the finish was clean, and the transfers applied smoothly.”

    Pamela F, June 2026

Say yes once and the reorders come to you

The dog walker tells the cafe. The cafe rings you. Then the one-van plumber, the cleaner, the school fete. Small jobs you used to turn away. Each one an evening at the press you get paid for.

The art stays in your account. The reorder takes about a minute. Order the exact number. Nothing printed until it's sold.

Or keep saying no. The dog walker finds someone online who says yes. So does everyone she tells. Say yes once, and you're the first call for every job they've got.

The questions you'd ask before your first order

Which blanks does it work on?

Any plain cotton or polyester garment, hoodies and caps included. Cotton, poly blends and most fabrics take the same transfer. You keep buying blanks where you buy them now. If you want a price check, plain tees from Australian wholesalers ran $4.50 to $8.80 each in October 2026:

Wholesale T-Shirt Australia, Glow Budget Tee$4.50
Eapparel, Unisex Budget Cotton Tee$7.06
Wholesale T-Shirt Australia, AARON Unisex 100% Cotton$7.35
GS Workwear Australia, Gildan Light Cotton No-Label$8.00
Wholesale T-Shirt Australia, Gildan Heavy Cotton 5000$8.30
Wholesale T-Shirt Australia, Gildan Ultra Cotton 2000$8.80
Their prices, not ours. Check the supplier's page before you order.
I've only got a small press.

Any flat heat press. A 9 cm chest logo and a 28 cm back print both fit a 38 by 38 platen. Cotton 150°C, polyester 130°C, firm pressure, 8 to 12 seconds, warm peel. Full settings two questions down.

How do I apply them? You cut, you press, you peel.

Lay the shirt on the press. Put the transfer where you want it. Close the press. Set the timer for 8 to 12 seconds. Peel the film while it's warm. Done. Tap a video to watch.

You cut
You press
You peel
What settings do I press at?
150°Ccotton
130°Cpolyester
Firmpressure
8 to 12 sthen peel warm
  1. Pre-press the tee for 3 to 5 seconds to take the moisture out.
  2. Position the transfer, print side up. Press for 8 to 12 seconds.
  3. Peel the film while it's still warm, slow and smooth.
  4. Cover with baking paper and press 5 seconds more. Don't wash for 24 hours.

Cotton, poly blends and most fabrics, same transfer. Full settings and videos in the application and care guide.

Will my logo print?

Send a PNG at 300 dpi with a clear background. Tick the free check. A person looks at it. If it needs work, we message you. We can fix small things for a small fee, and you see it first. Full colour costs no more than one colour. Small text prints cleanly, because it's printed, not cut.

How fast can I have them?

Printed and dispatched within 24 business hours of artwork approval, guaranteed. Express Post is one to two business days to metro. Order Tuesday afternoon, printed Wednesday, at your door Thursday, on the rack Friday.

How do I order?

Tap Upload your artwork. Lay out your logos. The price shows. Pay. That's it.

How long will twenty hoodies take me?

8 to 12 seconds each at the press. About half an hour for twenty, cut and pressed.

Does it feel like a patch?

No. It's softer than vinyl and smoother than screen print. The print bonds into the fibres of the shirt. It stretches with the fabric and moves with the person wearing it, wash after wash.

When do my screens still win?

Big runs of one design in one or two colours, usually fifty or more, because the screens are a setup cost spread across the run. Keep those. Vinyl is fine for one flat colour but it's an hour of weeding a shirt and fine text lifts. DTG needs a printer of your own, pre-treatment, and works best on cotton. Sublimation only takes on white or light polyester. A DTF transfer is the one that handles small runs, full colour, photos, mixed sizes and any fabric without a setup.

What if I wreck one pressing it?

Add a couple of spare logos to your sheet. A 9 cm logo is under $0.65. Pre-press the tee first and use the settings above.

Mixed sizes on one job?

Same transfer, kids to 3XL. Put two logo sizes on the sheet if you want the small sizes' chest print smaller. Pay for the centimetres.

Will it wash?

Guaranteed for 52 washes. Press it as above. Wash inside out, cold or warm, no bleach, line dry.

What if it arrives damaged?

We reprint and ship it free.

Do I have to hold stock?

No. Order the transfers when you need them and press to order. Leftover transfers keep flat in a drawer for up to six months. Plain tees stay plain until someone buys one.

Can I reorder the same thing?

Yes. Create an account and you can track the order live and reorder the same sheet in a minute.

Is there a better rate if I order often?

Yes. Load a VIP wallet from $300 and we add bonus value on top: an additional 3% at $300, up to an additional 24% at $4,000. It never expires. VIP orders jump the print queue. Details on the VIP wallet page.
