We know how important it is for your order to arrive on time, and we take shipping seriously — but it’s worth noting that some things are out of our hands once a parcel leaves the building.

Here’s what you need to know:

Order Processing Times

We aim to get your order moving as fast as possible, without compromising quality.

  • DTF Transfer Orders: Dispatched within 1 business day from artwork approval.
  • Garment Orders (custom apparel): Dispatched within 7–14 business days from order payment and artwork approval.

During peak times, public holidays, or promotional periods, these timeframes may extend — but if there’s a delay, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping - Aramex: Approx. 1–10 business days
  • Express Shipping - Aus Post Express: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on location
  • Remote/Rural Areas: May take longer (we see you, Alice Springs 👋)


All orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers such as Australia Post or selected couriers. We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has left the warehouse.

Need It Fast?

Let us know your deadline before placing your order, and we’ll do everything we can to meet it. Choosing express shipping can help, but once your parcel is in the hands of the courier, the timing is ultimately outside our control.

Important Legal Stuff

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are responsible for dispatching your order within a reasonable timeframe — but we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier once your order has been handed over to them.

We guarantee when your parcel is shipped, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking number
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. If it’s still unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer at checkout
  • Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check safe drop locations, neighbours, or building managers
  • Contact the carrier for GPS scan info or photographic proof of delivery
  • Let us know if it’s still missing — we’ll do what we can to assist, but please note we aren’t responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
