At  Amazing Transfers, we respect the rights of artists, creators, and intellectual property owners. To protect both your business and ours, please note the following:

1. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights, licences, or permissions to use any artwork, logos, characters, or trademarks they submit to us for printing.

2. No Copyrighted/Trademarked Content Without Permission

We cannot and will not print designs that contain copyrighted or trademarked material (such as characters from TV shows, movies, video games, logos, or brand names) unless you provide written proof of authorisation or licensing from the rights holder.

3. Examples of Restricted Content

• Popular cartoon or movie characters
• Sports team logos and names
• Corporate logos and brand marks
• Music lyrics, album art, or celebrity likenesses

4. Commercial Use Prohibited Without License

Submitting copyrighted or trademarked designs with the intent to sell them (e.g., on shirts, mugs, or other merchandise) is a violation of intellectual property law. Unauthorised commercial use puts you at risk of takedowns, legal claims, or fines, and we cannot participate in that process.

5. What We Can Print

• Your own original artwork, logos, or designs
• Licenced artwork
• Public domain or royalty-free images you have the rights to use

6. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears to infringe on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
