UV DTF stands for Ultraviolet Direct to Film, meaning that our commercial grade UV printer prints the design on a special A/B film that can be peeled and transferred to the object without heat.

Please Note:

• Do not use fades or shadows in your artwork as UV DTF can not achieve this.
• Small details must be at least 1mm thick (4 px). Smaller details may be too small to stick/remain on items.
• Do not wash or submerge in water for 36 hours after application.
• Hand wash only is recommended
• Please note we are not responsible for application errors
• We recommend applying UV DTF transfers to hard, smooth substrates that are used for sublimation. Some substrates may not be suitable. Products with a water resistant coating may not be suitable.

How to Apply:

• UV DTF Transfer stickers come ready to apply
• Simply cut out the individual images ready for application
• Peel back the white A film leaving the image on the transparent B film
• Ensure the item you are applying too is room temperature and clean from any dust
• Apply the sticker in the correct position first time as there are no second chances, once the transfer touches the product
• Once applied rub over the transfer to ensure it is fully adhered to the product
• Carefully remove the outer transparent B film leaving your finished product :)

Artwork Requirements

All artwork must be provided in high resolution (minimum 300 DPI).

Artwork with areas that are less than 4px (1mm) width may not adhere properly so please ensure all artwork is thicker than this.

Do not use fades or shadows in your artwork as UV DTF can not achieve this.

An artwork file cannot exceed 150mb.

You can create gang sheets in three different sizes, 58x91cm, 58x182cm or 58x273cm.

Application Instructions:

How should I apply the UV DTF Transfer?
No special equipment is required to apply UV DTF transfers to your product!

Follow these instructions for best results:

1. Clean the surface: Start by cleaning the surface where you plan to apply the decal. Use a lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, oil, etc that may be present. Allow the item to air dry before applying.
2. Peel away the backing: Gently peel the backing paper off the decal. Be very careful not to touch the adhesive side of the decal, this can leave fingerprints or marks on your transfer.
3. Carefully position the decal: Carefully position the decal on the surface. Use your fingers or a plastic card (like a credit card edge) to carefully smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles that appear. Take your time to work the decal onto the surface starting from the centre of the decal and working out to the edges. Remember these transfers are meant to be permanent, so apply carefully.
4. Apply pressure: Once the decal has been placed onto the surface use your fingertips to apply pressure throughout the design. This helps ensure a solid bond between the transfer and surface.
5. Remove clear carrier sheet: Gently peel the clear transfer (carrier) sheet away from the surface. Work slowly to ensure you don't pull up the decal from the surface. If the decal does pull up, just push it back down and rub with a firm pressure before trying to remove it again.

Please note: Do not wash or submerge in water for 36 hours after application.

Care Instructions:

While UV DTF is incredibly durable, to ensure longevity we recommend avoiding dishwashers and microwaves whenever possible.

Handwashing will help maintain the quality and longevity of the transfer for years to come. UV DTF will hold up well to wear and tear, but be aware that a hard drop or tough scratch may still cause damage to the transfer.

Hand wash only. Do not soak. Do not microwave and avoid extreme heat.
